Oh man at least leave a message to your followers that you’ll no longer be updating since the ass whuppin i’d give ya would be so biblical you’d have no choice but to retreat from the internet in eternal shame.
bro, bro, bro. I have ALWAYS wanted to get into a *real* fist fight with someone. I mean, I’d get my ass kicked, but wouldn’t it just be such a great experience? Like, I can tell my really uninterested grandkids one day.
I know right. I mean I have been in a real fist fight but that was with my brother and that way years ago. I think I could sorta hold my weight for like…a few punches. I’ll def fight dirty thought.
Where can i find someone to get in a no bars fist fight….
The sad thing about my job is that most of the customers are male, and most of my coworkers are male and they never let me forget that I am very much female.
Today wasn’t too busy and a customer came in. He looked around and said, “Hey, my car ran out of gas.” I ask him where its at and he says in the parking lot and that he just wants to go next door to the gas station and get some. I said that’s fine and he says, “Well my car didn’t quite make it to the parking spot and I was hoping someone could help me push it?”
I looked outside and saw it only needed a few more feet to go and said, “Sure I’ll do it.” I tell my manager that I’m stepping out.
The guy looks at my strange and says, “Well I was kinda hoping for a man…I mean not anything against you but you’re a lady and its a pretty heavy car. Its more of a man’s job….”
I got preeeeettty annoyed at this point. I could have easily said, “Fuck you, then” and walked away. But I decided to show that little snobby jerk what’s what. So I said, “I can do it and stepped behind the vehicle.”
He paused and looked at me like , “I thought you would be controlling the steering wheel….” NOPE BITCH I AM PUSHING.
So I pushed that little fucker’s car right into the parking spot no problem. Not a single sweat.
The look. On that guys face. He was like, “oh…oh thank you so much…um. Thanks!” and ran off.
Another day in the Land of Casual Mechanical Misogyny.
…When Yahoo! has very serious articles written about “living” on 40000 dollars a year, when most people don’t even make close to that.
That article just reminded me of how different the perceptions of a ‘living wage’ are between people, and possibly cultures within America. $40k a year, in my family, is considered ‘having money’. $60k and above a year being extremely well off and wealthy. Whereas $50-60k seems to be ‘average’ amount of money for a lot of people.
Of course many generalizations have been made- but just a quick i thought to it.
